Update – Cut Off Dates for Resale Closing Documents and Payments

Disney Vacation Club (DVC) would like to make you aware of important dates in December affecting resales.

DVC is requiring receipt of recorded closing documents and wire payments by 12/4/23 to transfer ownership of contracts prior to the 2024 annual dues billing which will be completed on 12/17/2023.

Please do not close on contracts with pending reservations prior to the annual billing

Please do not send closing documents or payments between 12/5/23 – 12/17/23. Transfers will resume on 12/18/23. Closing documents received after 12/15/23 will require payment of 2024 annual dues prior to transfer.

Important Dates:

12/04/23: Deadline for DVC to receive closing documents and payments to transfer ownership
12/05/23 – 12/17/23: Closing documents and payments will not be accepted
12/18/23: Transfers will resume
