Disney's Old Key West Resort is where Disney Vacation Club began, and its villas are among the most spacious in DVC, set around relaxed Key West theming with a boat to Disney Springs. Studios through three-bedroom Grand Villas make it a comfortable home resort for families who value room to spread out. Old Key West comes as two deeds. A standard contract runs to 2042; an extended contract (listed separately as Old Key West (Extended)) runs to 2057. They book the same villas from the same point chart, so the choice is about how many years of ownership you want for the price. Buying Old Key West resale gets you the same home-resort points and 11-month priority as a direct purchase.
