  1. We are now approving 100% of all DVC credit applications no matter what their credit scores are. There is no longer a minimum credit score!
    1. A credit application must be completed for approval still.
    2. For FICOs under 600 a down payment of 20% (instead of 10%) will be due.
  2. We will continue to WAIVE the loan origination fee keeping our fees the lowest in the industry.
