This is deeded for 100 points and has a March use year. This would give you 7 to 11 months booking window for the Polynesian Villas and under 7 months you can book at the other resorts. Of course, all reservations are based on availability.
If you were to purchase this now it would close on or before 3/16/21 and then it would probably take Disney two weeks to get your points loaded into your account. You could then book a stay at the Polynesian Villas checking in 2/6/22 checking out 2/11/22 staying at Polynesian Villas in a studio with a lake view for 125 points. This would leave you with 49 points from 2021 and you could bank them to use between 3/1/22 and 3/1/23. You can then book a stay for 10/9/22 to 10/15/22 at the Polynesian in a standard view studio for 129 points. You would then have 26 points left from 2022 that you can either use before 3/1/23 or you can bank them and use them between 3/1/23 and 3/1/24.

You could then book a stay at Animal Kingdom checking in 12/26/21 checking out 1/1/22 staying at Animal Kingdom in a studio with a savanna view for 159 points. This would leave you with 43 points to use between 12/1/21 and 12/1/22 or you could bank them and used them between 12/1/22 and 12/1/23.

If you were to purchase this now it would close on or before 2/28/21 and then it would probably take Disney two weeks to get your points loaded into your account. If you wanted to come in May you could book a 1 bedroom at Old Key West checking in 5/8/21 and checking out 5/15/21 using 188 points. At the same time, you could book a studio savanna view at Kidani checking in 7/3/21 and checking out 7/5/21 which would be 39 points. You now have 193 points still left from 2020 and you want to bank them by the end of May of 2020. Then you would have 403 points coming on 10/1/21. You could book at 2 bedroom Theme Park View at Bay Lake Tower for checking in 11/22/21 and checking out 11/28/21 using 386 points.
The bottom line is that the possibilities are endless with Disney Vacation Club. It is a very flexible program allowing you multiple opportunities.
