To do so, the Seller will be responsible for: annual dues for and any previous year, annual dues on any 2020 points that have been used, Closing Costs, Buy and Sell DVC, Inc.®’s commission (currently ) $150 estoppel fee, FIRPTA (Non-US Residents), and HARPTA (non-Hawaiian Residents when selling Aulani).
