About Riviera Resort
Disney's Riviera Resort brings European Riviera elegance to Walt Disney World, with its own Disney Skyliner station to Epcot and Hollywood Studios, rooftop dining at Topolino's Terrace and fireworks views. Villas range from Tower Studios to three-bedroom Grand Villas. The deed runs to 2070, one of the longest at Walt Disney World. Riviera is also resale-restricted: points bought resale here can be used only at Riviera, not at other DVC resorts. Owners who plan to stay at Riviera every year get long-term 11-month priority; those who want to move between resorts should compare other deeds. Within that rule, a resale contract offers the same home-resort booking priority as a direct purchase.
