About Old Key West (Extended)
An extended Old Key West contract is ownership at Disney Vacation Club's original resort with a deed that runs to 2057 instead of the standard 2042. The villas, point chart and 11-month home-resort booking window are the same as a standard Old Key West contract; the difference is fifteen more years of ownership. Old Key West's villas are among the most spacious in DVC, with relaxed Key West theming and a boat to Disney Springs, from Studios through three-bedroom Grand Villas. The longer term is the reason buyers choose an extended contract: more years to use the points and more remaining value. Buying extended Old Key West resale gets you the same points and priority as a direct purchase.
