Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort is the only Disney Vacation Club resort within walking distance of Magic Kingdom, with the monorail running through the Contemporary next door. Theme Park View villas look straight at the Magic Kingdom fireworks, and owners have access to the DVC-exclusive Top of the World Lounge. The deed runs to 2060, and villas run from Deluxe Studios to three-bedroom Grand Villas. Because Magic Kingdom-area rooms are in high demand, the 11-month home-resort window is the main reason to own here: it is how owners get first chance at Theme Park View and peak dates.
