About Grand Californian
The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa have a private entrance into Disney California Adventure and a short walk to Disneyland park and Downtown Disney, wrapped in Craftsman architecture and home to Napa Rose. Deluxe Studios through three-bedroom Grand Villas make it a long-standing favourite for West Coast owners. The deed runs to 2060. Unlike the newer Villas at Disneyland Hotel, Grand Californian resale points are not restricted to their home resort, so owners can also use them at the other eligible DVC resorts at 7 months. Buying Grand Californian resale gets you the same 11-month home-resort priority as a direct purchase, typically for less per point.
