Aulani is Disney Vacation Club's only resort in Hawaii — a beachfront villa resort on O'ahu's Ko Olina coast with the Rainbow Reef snorkeling lagoon, the Waikolohe Valley pools and lazy river, and Hawaiian storytelling woven through the stay. Studios through three-bedroom Grand Villas make it a natural home resort for families who plan a Hawaii trip every year or two. An Aulani deed runs to 2062, a long ownership horizon. Owners book Aulani at 11 months, and points can also be used at Disney's Florida and California DVC resorts at 7 months, so owning here doesn't lock you into Hawaii. Buying Aulani resale gets you the same points and home-resort priority as a direct purchase, typically for less per point.
