An offer consists of:

  • Confirmation of who is paying closing costs (typically paid by the buyer)
  • Confirmation of who is paying current year’s dues
 
Once we receive your offer:
We will e-mail you a confirmation receipt that your offer has been received along with the details of your offer. We will wait for your response confirming the offer, verifying the names you would like on the deed, and confirming the deposit amount you would like to put down should you and the seller come to an agreement. Once you respond with the information we will contact the seller to present your offer.
